Public Speaking
Knowledge, eloquence, and passion are elements heard and felt when I speak publicly. I want to bring those qualities to the messages you want to send. I can tailor speeches to be very short or to be extended, to be specifically aligned with goals and initiatives or to be more generic, to be introductory or more keynote. All public speaking engagements are uniquely designed to meet your needs, so there is no cookie cutter approach. Each one is a dynamic, energetic, articulate, and friendly experience.
Topics Offered
01
Convocation
Welcome back students, staff, and families with a warm, inspirational, and energizing speech. Start the school year or semester with a renewed focus on students and district or campus goals and initiatives. Can be tailored for specific audiences.
03
Hook
Get your staff excited about a new initiative or a change. Tie their love for students and pride in education to new things occurring on the campus or in the organization. Use me as your hook!
05
Unification
Do organizational efforts feel disjointed and singular rather than integrated and united? Create concerted efforts that work as a unified unit. Build greater momentum toward goal attainment. Sources include John Maxwell's Laws of Teamwork.
02
Graduation
Celebrate the end of a semester or a year and relish in the accomplishments made. Send messages of hope, enthusiasm, and pride. Relieve local staff from the responsibility and bring in an MC, a guest speaker, or a keynote speaker.
04
Inspiration
Inspire your staff to focus on students and on organizational priorities. Tap their personal passion for education and funnel toward the team effort. Foster enthusiasm and strengthen your vision.
06
Consensus Building
Changes at the organizational level, such as New Campus and District Improvement Plans, new mission and vision statements, can only be effective if the team is unanimously committed to their value. Help your team to embrace changes and unite behind them.
